Thank you for your answers. Up until now I have never had this problem before with any steam game. I contacted Steam, but so far I haven't gotten an answer. Maybe I'll get one today. Sadly, whitelisting steam and the game with my antivirus wasn't successful either.
Hello, as indicated in the title, I can't start the game, getting the message: The following DLC folders are in a state of partial install: EXP1_Mercenaries .... Verifying the install via steam was unsuccessfull, as was reinstalling the game. After consulting the FAQ I found a similar problem, which might be solved by not starting the game via desktop-shortcut. I always started the game through steam though. I also don't own the mercenaries dlc. <p
