Thanks for the suggestion, but I was able to fix the problem by editing my Local Group Policy editor. Everything now seems to be working okay. If the problem occurs again, I will follow your uninstall-reinstall instructions.
I configured Start10 to NOT display recently used applications. I also made this same configuration in Windows (Settings > Personalization > Start). In both places I blocked the display of recently used applications. Despite this, my Start10 menu continues to show a list of recently used applications! I very tired of having to keep removing these items from my Start menu. Does anyone have any suggestions for stopping this display?
