If you will use Winver.exe for full version numbers.Your problem will resolve.

I am facing the same problem. But when I double click on xxx.soundpack files. Soundpackager import it directly.

I am also facing the same issue .But when i reinstall it.The issue is resolved.

I am hearing that news first that Start10 is interfering with Sleep mode. I suggest you reinstall the window.

I think You have to first end task of this program completely then uninstall the program.

I am facing the same problem, I had select shortcuts that are missing on the desktop But they are in other folders.
