Cannot resize or move fences in Fences Stardock Forums

I purchased and installed Fences yesterday and installed it on a Windows 10 laptop. A number of fences were automatically created. I can not resize or move any of them. I click on the title line or "border" and cannot drag to enlarge or to relocate. Please advise. Thanks
