Update, not sure what the issue was but I made a change to the page file size to speed things up and restarted and retried the activation process and it worked. I couldn't find anywhere that would tell me what that error meant. Thanks.
Hello, I just upgraded my computer today to windows 10 from windows 7 pro unmodified and have received the verification email for start10 and clicked the button on that email and a screen came up and said accepted but the when I click continue in the installer software it just comes up and says "unable to activate Start10. Please try again or contact support. (Error code: -11). I signed up for a 30 day trial before purchasing - how can I get beyond this point? I tried
