Thanks sir. That was it. Although the ''flash active window'' setting is being changed every time I install or uninstall Groopy I've turned it off manually and everything's ok now. Very strange. Thank you very much.

This is what happens everytime my PC plays a system sound, like device connect /disconnect, new mail, notification from any browsers etc...every sound but not music, video or online streaming.
