I forgot to ask a question. Do you know why I was getting the the error message and my mouse locked up? If I need to reinstall this software again, will I need to reinstall the Tiles.dll file as well?
I downloaded the Purge Tiles file and installed. I then got a message: RegSvr32 - This module "c:\ProgramFiles|ObjectDesktop\Tiles|Tiles.dll" failed to load. I pressed the enter key a few times and it seemed to do something behind the scene in DOS. I reinstalled the "Tiles" software and launched it. It now works great! Thank you -
