I installed Start10 and its process is running and shows in Task Manager. I tried to open it and it won't let me, it pops up the following message. Thanks for the prompt response! I created a new Local Account and gave it Administrator rights. I don't have AV software, except for Windows Defender, but I disabled that just in case.
