dear I Have my product key and this was sent to me in the original order email like I said to you two years ago. and when I put the product key it says that its not working, this is what I am trying to tell you from my first message and till now you are not able to solve my issue.
Every time I am trying to submit the ticket with the email I used to place the order it gives me an error message that this email is not valid.. this was my Order number: 4092242 dated 20-Sep-2017 / 10:28:15 am and I have the product key off
