Thanks for the prompt reply. Fences is disabled without my doing anything. If I re-enable Fences it is closed again within a few seconds. The "powershell" problem I noted earlier continues.

Get the message below, repeatedly. Works for a period and then throws the erro message again. I am using a work laptop but this happens even if I am not connected to the domain. Fences 3 shuts down periodically as well.
