Thanks for the replies - Updating again to 1.4.1 fixed the slow response and my icons are still there. All good.

Hi. Updating to 1.4.0.2 fixed the invisible clock and system tray icons but now the Start Button and System tray icons along with clock and notifications are really slow to respond. It takes between 1 and 10 seconds after clicking for any menu to appear. Normal taskbar icons for pinned apps respond instantly
