I can not change my default screen (on stretched dual screen) the fences are staying on one screen only

icons within a fence change their position constantly

Windows version: Windows 10 Pro 64bit Fences version: 3.0.9.11

Lately, I have noticed that the icons within a fence either disappear altogether or shift within the fence. What am I doing wrong?
