I actually managed to get WindowBlinds 11 and ExplorerPatcher to get along, so I finally have everything exactly how I want with a cohesive system-wide dark mode and taskbar on secondary display. WindowBlinds remains the only solution I have ever found to apply a dark mode to legacy apps, so I will always use it. Microsoft's bizarre decision to make the taskbar unmovable in Windows 11 was just a new headache. It's exciting to hear that Stardock is looking at adding that functionality to Start

StartAllBack and ExplorerPatcher let you move the taskbar off the main display and Start11 doesn't. WindowBlinds doesn't work with StartAllBack or ExplorerPatcher because they change the taskbar and WindowBlinds has no option to exclude the taskbar from skinning. I am losing my mind just trying to get the Windows legacy apps to follow dark mode while having my taskbar on my second display. It can't possibly be that hard to add this feature to Start11. Just make it possible to move the taskbar
