I just installed WindowBlinds on Windows 8.1, and am having an issue with invisible borders around my windows. I have a 4K TV being used as a monitor, and am using MaxTo to partition it into 4 1080p zones. If I maximize a window in one of these zones there is an invisible border around the window which basically acts like cell padding, which does not happen without WindowBlinds. The reason for using WindowBlinds is to emulate the window transparency of Windows 7. I'm n
