It appears that somewhere along the way I mis-typed the e-mail address. The e-mail that shows up under logon and the e-mail address that shows up in the CSV file is different. What you are asking is the actual reason to use Start 10. You want those tile sections to be folders. They are not folders. Also the list of apps on the left are not folders. Windows 10 puts all files in all the folders below at the same level. If you had a folder tree that has the same file name multiple times they will all show up at the same level and it will not be obvious which file goes with what. I purchased Start10 and I received an e-mail with my information. It does not show up under my "My Downloads". It does show up in my order history. When I try to activate it I get the following message: "Email address is not valid for the product key." If I try to use the account activation method I get this error message: "Start10 is not associated with this account." Bruce
