Anyone still playing? in Demigod Demigod Forums

This isn't a troll post although the title may sound like it. I haven't played much since release because stats were not tracking properly for me and a few other issues but I've been trying to get back into playing again but I always get the message that I am the only player waiting for a match. Is the message just misleading or am I really the only player looking to play a match?

I have played a few skirmish matchs, probly like 4 or 5. I was playing as Oak and then went to try out Rook. Even since then I have lost all my favor points and all my Oak achievements are gone. Is thi a temporary glitch or will I need to reearn that stuff?

Bug: Computer knows where everything is even if he didn't explore first. You can easy test that with the autosurvey funktion with your ship. Don't explore just klick "a" for autosurvey. Your ship will find all anomalies but you haven't even explored one piece of the universe yet. AI knows where all planets are etc. Thats anoying. I have to purchase 5+ colony ships in the b

After reading all the comments I see Nerva making comparisons to sim and tycoon type games. Personally I dont like those kinds of games and am glad gal civ isnt like that. I read that and am not worried about getting the electronic items, I just wanted the correct box EDIT: When I contacted ebgames.com they never heard of such a thing as the collectors edition box and basically said I was SOL on obtaining one. Oh well at least I get to play tonight.

Apparently EBGames.com did not offer the collectors edition SKU because I just received my shipment and it was the standard box not the collectors edition box. I did get a tech poster at least and it was just placed in my shipping carton.

I preordered from EBGames.com because they generally get me games the day they release and sometimes the day before. Currently my order hasn't even shipped yet and still says they are waiting to get their shipment of games. Anyone ordered from EB and had their orders shipped? Thanks.

I am using Win 2k Pro and DesktopX 3 does not show up in SD Central for me. I double checked my subscription which doesnt end until September. The latest version available to me is 2.40f[a].002. Does DX3 only work for Win XP machines. I tried looking on the DX website but could not find an area for system requirements.
