Suddenly losing control of secondary PC in Stardock Software Stardock Forums

Hi I am controlling 5 PCs and it works perfectly for weeks then today I go to control a PC and cannot click within a secondary PC then I find that none of PCs are controllable even clicking send ctrl alt del to remote pc did not do anything , I rebooted the master PC and it worked for a while and the it went again , I did try changing firewall setting to resolve but this did not work and anyway had not changed them before it stopped working Ideas appreciated

Hi I have 4 computers and was accessing all 4 fine , but overnight one of the computers is refusing connection , I have not changed anything to my knowledge on the computer , although I did change the DHCP server , so it has a new IP address all others are fine with their new IP addressed so not sure if this is a red herring but thought best to mention I have rebooted several times , changed the passcode , uninstalled and reinstalled but it still will not connect , removed fro

Hi Sorry your answer confuses me , the primary and all the secondaries are set to the same (left handed) , they used to be on manual KVM? Alan

Hi I am using the trial version , all seems good apart from the mouse keys , all my computers are set up with a left handed mouse option but when I go into the screen of a remote computer it swaps the keys round so I have to use the mouse as if it set up for right handed when it is not , its fine on the master so the scroll bars on the window work left handed but inside the window its not Any ideas appreciated Alan
