This is still an issue. Everything is updated.

I am running Windows 1809 17763.195 and Fences 3.0.9.11. I do not have any cybersecurity programs installed.

Every so often a program will have focus stolen from it, all the icons will disappear from the desktop, and the taskbar and start menu won't exist anymore. This lasts for about ten seconds. This behavior is strongly consistent with Windows Explorer crashing. This has only started since I installed Fences.
