Thanks Basj [e digicons]:inlove:[/e] I tried to install it again, but the same issue occurs, so I uninstalled it now again and wait for the reply from support team!

Above posts are 15 months old, but I have the same issue. 2 times Start10_64.exe. I agree that it is not clean and it doesn't suppose to happen. There are no different user accounts, its both marked as 'system'. It's just 2 times the same process in the task manager. Any ideas for an update or to get rid of one of the processes other then kill one of them every time after starting Windows? &nbsp
