At the time i followed your new steps just now, Start10 was already uninstalled, therefore this is what i did... - ran sfc /scannow (as admin, which found no errors) - ran dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth (as admin, which found no errors) - installed latest Start10 from the download you recommended however I still had the issue, so i ran both commands again whi
