Hello, I am trying out Start11 and would also like to know if Live Tiles will ever be supported? If not all, at least the Weather live tile.

Steps to Reproduce: 1 - Open Windows Explorer, 2 - Click on any location or folder in navigation pane (highlighted in picture) with Ctrl held-down or middle-mouse click, Result - Folder opens in same window. Expected result: selected folder would open in a new tab - behaviour similar to when Ctrl-clicking folders in main view of Windows Explorer. <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/69/30/6930242/203de19f-f1f2-4c0d-bed8-c426f6daf01c.png" alt="" widt
Any way, congratulations and thank you Stardock. Even if there are minor niggles with Groupy, it's the only tabbed software that I prefer over qttabbar. I bought it because I think it is aesthetically pleasing. Hopefully, you have enough resources to gradually improve it because it really deserves it.
I also use the Combine if possible only, due to not wanting to lose more vertical space in my screen.
Thank you so much for pointing this out to me. Indeed it solved the issue I had. I wasn't able to find that option before you pointed it out to me.
Thank you, but it's Sunday! You shouldn't be working mate. Go enjoy the day with your loved ones. [e digicons][/e]
I would prefer that Groupy would change the functionality of the Windows close buttons: press close button, close window, and not close tab. Hopefully this could be included as option in the settings? Otherwise if I have multiple tabs open, I need two clicks to close a window.
Steps to reproduce: 1 - Open LibreOffice, 2 - Activate Groupy for it, 3 - Press + button to open a new LibreOffice file. 4 - Result: soffice.bin is opened with VLC Media Player leading it to crash. Expected result: a new LibreOffice file is opened. LibreOffice should be recognized by soffice.exe and not soff
I updated the bug report. I performed a couple more tests and got some things wrong. If possible update the report for the devs as well. All the best.
Steps to reproduce: 1 - Open multiple tabs inside a group. Example 1. A group with two Word documents. Example 2. A group with one Calc spreadsheet and a Writer document. 2 - Look at opened program icons in Taskbar. 3 - Hover mouse over active tab icon. 4 - Result - Taskbar only shows icon for active tab inside a group and window preview of active tab inside a group. <
Steps to reproduce. 1 - Open Windows Explorer, 2 - Open multiple tabs of Windows Explorer in same window, 3 - Press close button of the window of Windows explorer, 4 - Result - closes only active tab. Desired resu
I could replicate this issue as well.
While this does not happen with Windows Explorer, I can replicate OP's report in other software. Steps to reproduce. 1 - Select Dark Mode on Personalization --> Colors, 2 - Select Show ambient color in title bar and window limits, 3 - Open an instance of any software besides Windows Explorer. I tried with LibreOffice and Zotero, 4 - Result is black text on active window title bar. <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/69/30/6930242/c
Auto-hide Groupy bar would be an awesome feature.
I tried that solution and it did not work. LibreOffice is the perfect Office to showcase Groupy since all modules are interdependent, meaning that you can have Writer, Calc or Impress files opening in the same tab group automatically without having to resort to the grouping workaround necessary to have the same in Microsoft Office. If you guys make this compatible it would rock. Furthermore, I checked the option to "Automatically group all 'soffice.bin' windows
I started using Groupy with LibreOffice, but it groups its windows via soffice.bin. The issue is that soffice.bin is recognized as a mediafile by VLC (it is a dvd file type) and when I press the New tab + button, instead of opening a new LibreOffice instance, it tries to open soffice.bin with VLC, promptly crashing it. Does anyone knows of a workaround, or could a fix be provided? It should open soffice.exe and not soffice.bin.
