Steps to Reproduce: 1 - Open Windows Explorer, 2 - Click on any location or folder in navigation pane (highlighted in picture) with Ctrl held-down or middle-mouse click, Result - Folder opens in same window. Expected result: selected folder would open in a new tab - behaviour similar to when Ctrl-clicking folders in main view of Windows Explorer. <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/69/30/6930242/203de19f-f1f2-4c0d-bed8-c426f6daf01c.png" alt="" widt

Any way, congratulations and thank you Stardock. Even if there are minor niggles with Groupy, it's the only tabbed software that I prefer over qttabbar. I bought it because I think it is aesthetically pleasing. Hopefully, you have enough resources to gradually improve it because it really deserves it.

While this does not happen with Windows Explorer, I can replicate OP's report in other software. Steps to reproduce. 1 - Select Dark Mode on Personalization --> Colors, 2 - Select Show ambient color in title bar and window limits, 3 - Open an instance of any software besides Windows Explorer. I tried with LibreOffice and Zotero, 4 - Result is black text on active window title bar. <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/69/30/6930242/c

I tried that solution and it did not work. LibreOffice is the perfect Office to showcase Groupy since all modules are interdependent, meaning that you can have Writer, Calc or Impress files opening in the same tab group automatically without having to resort to the grouping workaround necessary to have the same in Microsoft Office. If you guys make this compatible it would rock. Furthermore, I checked the option to "Automatically group all 'soffice.bin' windows

I started using Groupy with LibreOffice, but it groups its windows via soffice.bin. The issue is that soffice.bin is recognized as a mediafile by VLC (it is a dvd file type) and when I press the New tab + button, instead of opening a new LibreOffice instance, it tries to open soffice.bin with VLC, promptly crashing it. Does anyone knows of a workaround, or could a fix be provided? It should open soffice.exe and not soffice.bin.
