I downloaded this Dream and I don't see the low quality your are reporting. I then applied the Whispy Blue effect, and I still don't see the low quality. I'm using a 40" 4K 3840x2160 monitor. Raise a support ticket and explain that you purchased a WinCustomize subscription twice by mistake. Purchase \ Refunds https://stardock.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/4/group/13 Choose "Refunds" and describe your problem. Supply all the documentation you can. Make note of your ticket number and don't resubmit as it will kick to the back of the queue

Try deleting the Cookie for WinCustomize and/or delete the browser cache, and try again.

This is a known issue with CursorFX. The last cursor, alphabetically, in the Cursor folder will not appear in the list of installed cursors in CursorFX. The remedy is to duplicate one of the cursors in this folder and rename it Zzzz so it will be the last cursor, alphabetically, in the list.
