Good morning All, I have never really noticed this before or it never stood out to me, but there is a dark border around all my cursors as they display on my monitor. I recently recreated one of my cursor sets using .cur files and implementing them through the Windows 10 Mouse Properties Control Panel. They all display much cleaner without the dark outline. The sample cursor box which displays the settings changes in the CursorFX settings window shows the cursor very clear while the a

I discovered quite by accident while using IconPackager, when Windows Explorer restarts, the CursorFX tray icon disappears. CursorFX continues to work properly even though the tray icon is missing. You could use this as a work-around by going to the Task Manager and restarting Windows Explorer to remove the tray icon for CursorFX, however, the next time you reboot your system it will be back. You could also try turning off the CursorFX tray icon in the Windows 10 Settings>Per
Mostly new control panels like Recovery, Trouble shooting, Windows Mobility Center, Storage Spaces, etc. Also, am having to apply the icon set multiple times for it to apply all the changes. Microsoft is changing almost all of the icons for Windows in the upcoming 21H2 (Sun Valley) version, and I'm sure there are going to be a lot of folks looking for ways to either change them back or to something completely different. Even if you have to raise the price, it would be worth th
I purchased Icon Packager yesterday to install the new icons from Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 21343. Someone on Reddit extracted the new icons from the imageres.dll and shell32.dll libraries for download and I successfully installed most of the new icons. Unfortunately, Icon Packager has not been updated since the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update which was released in October of 20
I experienced something similar to Gary56 after the most recent update to Windows 10 Build 19043.867. I know he is on 19042.867, but they are the same code base. Deskscapes Configuration would not even open for me. I uninstalled Deskscapes 10.03, ran the purge bat, and reinstalled with a new installer downloaded from my account. All seem to be well so far. I know this has been suggested before, but has there been anymore consideration of allowing each cursor to save it's settings? Also, can we expect an update anytime soon? [e digicons]B)[/e]
An inverted cursor is not possible in CusorFX. I asked for this feature a while ago, but I don’t think it will ever be incorporated. I had to settle on cursor colors that show well on all background colors. It may not be possible because CursorFX uses PNG files to render the cursors instead of CUR files.
After testing for you, in full-screen, opening a bookmark in a new window does not add the new tab until you exit full-screen. If you are running Vivaldi 3.6.2165.34, try using the New Two-Level Tab Stacks. Go to settings>Tabs>Tab Features and select Two-Level. Now you can create Tab-Stacks and it will work just like Groupy should. I tested it in full-screen and it works great. https://vivaldi.com/features/tab-management/
I use Vivaldi 3.6.2165.34 x64 Stable and Groupy 1.47. I tested you issue and found no problems. There is probably something else causing your issue.
The DeskScapes changelog only goes as high as 10.02 (see below). My version says it is 10.03. Is there a list of changes for version 10.03? "DeskScapes Changelog DeskScapes 10.02 Changelog (9-4-2019) Addressed issue with dream extraction failing for some installs - resulting in dreams not applying Fixes issue with backgrounds when disabled on Windows 7 Addressed errors when trying to run msra.exe with DeskScape
Okay, so I figured out a second way to accomplish an animation script that doesn't loop. If I create a png strip with with each cursor state repeated the number of times required to extend the ms of play I want to accomplish. Any other suggestions?
Actually, the app that neone6 recommends above "animstrip" is way better than "AniUtil." He has provided a link in his post.
If you open the Windows 10 Control Panel>Mouse>Pointers Tab, you will see that Windows 10 only uses four window resize cursors. They are Vertical Resize, Horizontal Resize, Diagonal Resize 1, and Diagonal Resize 2. There are not any cursors for clicked state or Button. Hope this helps.
Glad to help. Unfortunately, there is not a user guide for Groupy, so you have to spend a little time playing with the settings until you get it the way you like to use it. I have been using it for about two years now and it has evolved into a really great tool. I'm using the Beta 1.39 version on 20H2 and it runs perfectly.
"Font on tab tweaked to be slightly bigger to match OS correctly." This is a nice touch! The font size on the tabs matches the font size on the title bar accurately.
If you read my post more carefully, I mention this setting, but am suggesting an option under this setting for "Show alert on close all" which would pop up asking if you really meant to close all tabs with "Close all" or "Cancel" buttons.
I found a solution to this issue by using a color for the Cross and I-beam which shows equally well in light or dark backgrounds.
I have been using Groupy 1.36 Beta for about a week now with no issues. I don't save groups, so I can't give any feedback in that area, but it seems very stable. I like the new close all button at the top right corner. It took me a while to get used to it, because it requires a behavior change in closing files. One thing you might consider as an option under the setting to "Show close all button," would be "Show alert on close all" which would pop up asking if you really meant to close all ta
Very Nice! I like the preview pane. Works very well and simple to use.
One thing that has been bugging me for a long time is that the full path of the folder open in Windows Explorer is shown in the Groupy tab. I discovered recently that if you go to Windows Folder Options; click on the View tab; and then uncheck "Display the Full Path in the Title Bar," Groupy will now only display the Folder Name in the tab. Hope this helps those of you with the same issue.
If you go to Folder Options>View and uncheck "Display the Full Path in the Title Bar," Groupy will only display the Folder Name in the tab.
Hello All, I found an old copy of the CursorFX Guide dated 04/07/2008. It's dated, but it may help if you're having troubles. https://www.stardock.com/products/cursorfx/help/
I actually found a copy of AniUtil and it is so easy! You should definitely include this small app with CursorFX 4.
