Nice! I can do that! However: what if that doesn't solve my "icons jump to the corners" problem? (Another problem I have is that to switch from 3 monitors to 1, then back to 3...I always have to reboot to get back to 3 monitors for Fences to recognize that snapshot.)

Well, I'm reluctant to subscribe to F6 when I would have to renew every year. Are Fences 4 or 5 better with Windows 11 AND available as a one-time charge? Hope you understand. Thanks again. Really like the program. Been using it, starting with Fences 1, for over 10 years.
I've been using Fences 3 for years, and it still works fine for me. Thank you. But recently have a new laptop with Windows 11. Whenever I put an icon/folder/file outside of a Fence, it flips to the corner of one of my 3 monitors instead of being placed right where I want it. This never happened. When restarting the computer, the icons are not yet in fences and are in various locations on the desktop...then, when Fences starts up, those icons fly to the corners of the monitors. I've p
My suggestion is that when a rolled-up fence is unrolled, it unrolls on top of whatever window is showing. Currently, it acts like the earlier version of fences so that a window covers up an open fence, thereby requiring moving that window. It would be great if the fence unrolls on top of a window, let's you choose the icon, and then rolls back up.
