Hey there, same issue here. I ordered Start 11 (a second license) on Sunday 23th and paid via paypal. In paypal it is still listed as open " This is a temporary authorization to make sure your payment method will cover the payment. Your payment method will be charged when FastSpring completes your order ". Under my Order History the Order is not listed at all. Is there a way to see "pending" orders anywhere?
