As shown in the image. Primary monitor selected in the program. Monitor 2 selected as primary in windows and the program is positioned correctly. But when I turn off the computer and turn it on again, it goes to monitor 1, which in this case is the TV, which is not usually turned on. It's still the same. It simply doesn't hold the setting that it should appear on the main monitor, it unchecks the primary option and goes to option 1 or 3. But never on monitor 2, which is in fact the primary monitor.
