ok, I changed the Move key to 0. It worked, but it does not work when I turn autohide back on. In Win10 it worked fine in this configuration.

Thanks everyone! Getting there but not quite. I restarted Explorer and now I can unlock the taskbar, and I get the double arrow to resize the taskbar, but nothing happens when I drag it up.
Thanks for the tip, but I turned off autohide and lock the taskbar is still greyed out.
Thank you, Basj. I just enabled that. However, I still cannot resize it and the option to unlock the taskbar is greyed out. I've done some searching for a solution, but the registry changes I've found so far don't seem to work. Any ideas?
I was really hoping that Microsoft would add resizing the taskbar back into Win11. I used it in Win10 to adjust my taskbar to two rows. But, as with many other things, Microsoft just removed the ability and doesn't appear to be in a hurry to add it back. I am not talking about changing icon sizes. I'm talking about changing the number of rows in the taskbar itself. Since Microsoft took that away, I was hoping I could regain that functionality with Start 11. Any chance this can
