New topic again because I can't reply the other ones... Well, I need to know if I'll get some support or not, I can't wait forever. I'm really thinking about give up and refund the software. All firewall are disabled in both computer, they are in the same private network, and still the primary cant' find the secondary. Multiplicity just works if I purge the software from both computers, install again and reboot. But after a new reboot, they can't find each other anymore.

Hi. I have bought Multiplicity from Steam and installed on two computers following the instructions (secondary first, primary after). But I can't find a way to connect them, I always receive the message "Unable to find any secondary Multiplicity computers". Tried to add the secondary manually, but didn't work as well.
