I would really like my next IP to be Vista compatible and so far Mr.Skope has helped me as far as creating them goes. However I dont have Vista and have no way of testing if my live folders work or not. Would anyone be willing to test what I've made to make sure they work...?

Is anyone using the ranged staves? To me their dmg seems rather weak. Do you know if the dmg done with them increases with users's attack ? Chance to hit with them is based on accuracy or spell power ? Chance to resist their attacks is based on defense or spell resistance?
