Turning off UAC did the trick. Thank you sooooo much for solving this nuisance problem that no one was able to solve for over a year.
The last update was July 2 2019. Interesting. I'll just keeping clicking around to see I discover anything else.
I uninstalled whatever version I had and re-installed the latest software from my account. Same 2 messages occur with the same expiration dates. Want any other screenshots?
So I reinstalled it and still get the 2 pop ups. I went into the details of one of the popups and it shows this: Is it possible the popups are due to the certification expiration date?

This is getting ridiculous. This is a brand new laptop and that message only pops up when I have Fences installed. When I uninstall Fences, that message is gone. I'm not going to scan my entire computer to fix a Fences issue. This seems to be an issue with Windows 10 and Fences 3.08 and has stemmed back several years ever since Windows 10 was available according to other forums. I had Fences 3.08 running on my old laptop with Windows 7 and it was perfect.
Not running it as admin
Just did the Purge, reboot, installed Fences 3.08, rebooted. Checked the settings, they are the same as before. Still getting the same 2 popups upon startup. Any other suggestions?
Thanks for the response. I checked those settings and they were all as pictured already. But I still get the 2 popups upon startup.
This messages popups 2x on laptop startup. How do I stop this? I'm running Windows 10 with 64 bit. Fences 3. Thanks for any help!
