Duh! Worked like a charm...I wonder why installing Fences changed that behavior? Thanks.

I have all my icons in fences...except for the Recycle Bin. It sits at the default upper-left corner of my monitor. I want it in the lower-right corner. When I drag it there, it returns to the upper-left. Is there a way [other than putting it in a fence] to make it stay where I put it?

Thanks guys. The problem was that Chrome would not access that link. I tried Edge and it worked. Perhaps my version of Chrome is not the latest? Nope, I checked and it's current. I have it installed, working, and sorta figured out by now...

Is there still a 30-day trial? I find no link that works.
