Thanks for your reply. I still have the problem. When registering, the program still states that my product key is not associated with my email address. My order history clearly shows my purchase and my receipt shows the email address I'm trying to register with. I'm seem to be going around in circles in trying to get this resolved - it seems there is no direct link to support and I have had no response after raising a support ticket as you suggested. Very disapp
I can't activate Multiplicity as the activation process states that my product key and email address are not associated together. My Stardock invoice contains both my activation key and my email address that I am trying to use to activate the product. When I request my product keys via email Multiplicity is not listed with my other Stardock purchases. Any help appreciated.
