Ok, so I removed all trace (incl settings!) of Stardock products and started again. ObjectDesktop dies very fast, same fault as before - gets as far as drawing this window: Fences 4 - individual install, went flawlessly. Works fine. It appears I can use individual programs, just not the Object Desktop manager. I have no extra information in that regard. Pe
Well, something is killing it, however, that could take time to find and resolve. I suspect you have instead gone to your account page to get your products, yes? https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products
Yes, I think next I will try erasing all trace of it manually, and also removing Fences 4 (which has remained installed the whole time), the

Exception Info: System.NullReferenceException at Object_Desktop_Manager.MainWindow+d_

A CPU upgrade would help far more than GPU. Not worth just upgrading the RAM speed, as that CPU is the best available on your motherboard. Basically, you need a new M/B in order to get a newer CPU. If you can wait, Ryzen 7000 series is almost here. 2080Ti is plenty for this game, it's the unit "AI" needing CPU power. Not sure how well it scales with core count vs clock speed? Someone else will know.

I hadn't considered the projection options, thank you! :-D Hopefully someone else finds this helpful too - feels like a dumb first post otherwise!

First, hi all, just joined recently and got the full Object Desktop, and I have a lovely clean desktop as a result :-) Truly one of the few "how did I manage without this?" set of products. I use an HDMI HD audio extractor on the HDMI output of my GTX-1060. My main display uses the Displayport connection. All was well until an update (exact time unknown as nothing seemed different until recently) seemed to force Windows to see the HDMI extractor as a full second screen (previously it
