Fences is NOT locked as I can copy from original fence to another. After Copy, rename fails with RETRY Message.

Good morning, When i copy a folder template (Blank with subfolders created) to another fence, it locks me from renaming it. I can't delete it or do anything unless i reboot. Any thoughts?
