ı bought fences in steam it says pls enter the key but ı dont know where is my key ?

hi first my english is not good sory because of that . I bought fences on steam . ı dowland it but ı cant creat fences on my desktop . when i click on 'create folder portal' or 'create fence here' nothing happens... please help me ı uninstall and install 5 times help me pls
