We have upgraded all of our computers in our call center from version 3 to version 4 of Multiplicity. We have one computer that has two static IP addresses on its network interface. Using this computer as the primary, it cannot connect to the secondary computer unless we remove the second IP address from the interface. Version 3 worked just fine, but then broke after upgrading to version 4. My assumption is, the software is trying to use the second IP address, instead of the first one
