VERY IMPORTANT THING! I have ObjectDesktop with all apps, when i deleted DeskScapes8, IconPackager, SkinStudio, WindowsBlinds all lags go away! awesome!

I have this lag too. I have 2 monitors: BENQ 2430t with 1920x1080 144hz, Samsung T220 1680x1050 60hz.

Fix it. Just turn off duplicate process in the Task Manager - Startup with name "Fences Settings", than reboot PC.
