I knew that by posting in this forum, I would find the answer within minutes. It just gets my brain working harder! My company laptop has its own built in antivirus/firewall I had to turn off. All good now.....
Audio is sent to the primary. Seamless and KVM can't find the secondary computer, so it can't be added. Adding manually with IP address (192.168.1.184 for example) doesn't work. Both are on same subnet now and have similar 192.168.1.* addresses. Firewall for both is off. Both are set to Private network. I can not ping the secondary. What am I missing?
Looks like I fixed it and yes it was the fact that I was using the Netgear Orbi as a router instead of using it as an access point. (it's a toggle setting) Thanks for your efforts. To anyone else finding this in the future: if you have another device acting as a router that's connected to your main gateway router/cable modem/FiOS router... you are going to have issues unless everything is coming off of the same hub.
