then at the top edge change to resize cursor How do I "resize cursor" and make the fence shorter by pulling down...then drag the fence via the title bar back up to the top of the screen and the bottom will come with it as it is now a shorter fence. Thank you. Moving the fence around is not the problem. Resizing from the bottom up is my problem. I can make it wider and narrow it, but can't bring the botom up.

Yes thank you. The Snap shot only goes back to the 2nd and I lost is before that. It reappears periodically and the other two Fences disappear, so it is residing somewhere.
