I would like to second this feature request. Please add a new fence type to the desktop. This new fence type would be a Notepad Fence . This could be a fence that you can type notes into. It would just be a txt file kept in "my documents". The text file could even be called fences3_01.txt so that it is obvious what the file is and where it's kept for backing up if needed.
