Thank you for the info. Yes, I had tried everything possible. Support was able to confirm the issue was with the system on Stardock's side and they were able to correct it. Afterwards I was able to remove the current activation and re-activate as expected. All good now.

I had a boot issue that caused me to need to reinstall Windows 11 a few days ago. Now I am unable to activate my KVM Pro license on the same machine. I have tried to remove the current activation on https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products, however it simply just comes right back. I have tried a forced offline activation, which has told me that it's registered to the same machine name
The uninstall, restart, and re-install on only the primary seemed to have done the trick. Thanks for your help!
Thank you to you both. I'll give the removal, restart and clean install a shot and let you know what happens before I revert back.

Hi. Thank you for the reply. Sorry for not being explicit, I assumed the issue was known since it's the same as: https://forums.stardock.com/503707/page/1/#3799635 TLDR; In KVM mode, the mouse moves slowly and erratically (from the corner out and back to the corner quickly or slowly) on the screen of the remote and never lines up to where the mouse is in the software client. Hi! The latest update has completely borked mouse inputs for me in KVM. The only thing that has changed was a Multiplicity update, so I know it's the cause. I'd like to rollback to the previous version so I can use this software at all. My downloads section only downloads the latest broken build. Is there some place on this site where I can download the previous version so I can get back to a working state?
