Unable to activate license

I had a boot issue that caused me to need to reinstall Windows 11 a few days ago.

Now I am unable to activate my KVM Pro license on the same machine.

 

I have tried to remove the current activation on https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products, however it simply just comes right back.

I have tried a forced offline activation, which has told me that it's registered to the same machine name 3 times (even though only one shows up in the above link under activations).

Thank you for the info. Yes, I had tried everything possible.

Support was able to confirm the issue was with the system on Stardock's side and they were able to correct it. Afterwards I was able to remove the current activation and re-activate as expected.

All good now.
