I'm very frustrated. I have trying to reactivate a license I own and even the 30-day trial. The program says it sent the email to my address, but it never arrives. Yes, I have looked at spam folders and did a search in all folders, and the email never arrives. Anybody have any ideas?

What do you mean "It is usually a false positive?" Does the word usually mean that sometimes it is not a false positive?

I purchased Start10 today and was blocked by Malwarebytes, saying your site had malicious content. What's going on?
