I never get the email to activate my Start11

I'm very frustrated. I have trying to reactivate a license I own and even the 30-day trial. The program says it sent the email to my address, but it never arrives. Yes, I have looked at spam folders and did a search in all folders, and the email never arrives. Anybody have any ideas?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. First, please rename/change your username to something else, using your email address and your user name is not a good practice. https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1260257702/Changing+your+username+or+password+for+your+account 

Second, please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
