any news on these 2 items ?

Hello I have 2 big wishes for start menu, 1- close all button is really not working for me. I use never combine apps in taskbar (all app is a button in the taskbar). Then for example I have 3 excel's open, differently. I can't close them with right click and close. So I would like to see close only the right clicked window. (not close all windows but close only right clicked one button just like xp,win7,win10 so on) 2- taskbar corner icons, I would like to see all icons always
