I followed your suggestions exactly but same problem. Tried system restore but failed. Said something about antivirus program creating error but I turned off antiviral and malware programs. What next?

My fences appear on restart/reboot; files and folders are stacked behind and beside my fences; and won't populate to within them. I rebooted computer and restored three previous stored fence configurations. No change. Suggestions?

Running Windows 10 When I try and move a fence up or down, the fence moves in incremental movements up until a point, then it stops and "jumps" to a position lower than I want it to be. How do I move a fence incrementally, so that I can position it exactly where I want it to be? PS - I have no problem expanding the fence size (downward) to exactly the size I want it to be; just having difficulty moving the entire fence down (or up) to where I want it to be positioned.<
