You are not helping by completely ignoring the facts, and by not reading, that the options to disable Fence creation ought to be within Fences settings. Don't tell me how to use my, or any user's, desktop! That may be true for someone who doesn't manage their desktop as often as I do. I created a specific amount of fences for a purpose and those fences constantly change... I shouldn't have to "lock" the fences just to disable the left or right mouse button fence creation.
