I was about to write the same thing so you're not the only one! It's a great idea to group windows as good as we want except the mess is still visible in the taskbar. By allowing to display the name of only a "groupy", it would allow us to categorize our groups by thematic and to access them more easily. It's like for browsers, if we had to see an item in the taskbar for each tab, it would not be very practical. That being said, I already love this product!
