I cant see my cursor when I open startmenu. the cursor always hidden on the startmenu and task view.

I bought CursorFX at 2018, version 2.16. Can I use the key on new version?

cursorFX: the product appears to be validated but the machine SID doesn`t match. try deleting the file D:\TOOLS\Stardock\CursorFX\sig.bin and re-activating. I have no this file, how can I doing?
