I give up. I first started with Fences in Jan.2017 I just reinstalled Fences 3, which I purchased back in January 2019. I have 'keys' for both version 2 & 3. After reinstalling ver.3, it requested my key and rejected it. It also rejected ver 2 key. You sent me a list of my 'keys' and I find that you do not show I ever bought 3. OK. So I redownloaded ver 3, reinstalled it, everything. But some icons are missing and I can't r

Just recently, some of my icons, inside a fence, have started to stack up on each other. I've had as many as 4 icons stack, yet the fence enclosure has plenty of room. Also, whatever happened to backing up and restoring fences. Had it before, don't have it now. Thanks for any help you provide.
